Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for our classes, therapy sessions and retreats/workshops. We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below. Cancellation Window: All classes and treatment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or treatment. All retreat/workshop cancellations must be made at least 28 days before the scheduled retreat/workshop. Refunds: Cancellations of classes and treatment sessions made within the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations of retreats/workshops sessions made within the 28-day window will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your class or treatment session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. If you need to reschedule your retreat/workshop, please do so at least 28 days in advance to avoid any fees.
